This includes illegal downloading/streaming with the WIFI. 🛠️ If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. 🍔 Do not leave any food out as it may attract uninvited pests. 💺 Do not move furniture.

Situated on the second floor within a duplex, each unit has its own private entrance to their apartment via custom guest codes assigned to their reservation, ensuring both security and privacy during their stay. The entrance to this suite is located down the sidewalk and up the small porch on the left side of the house.
