The Edge is an 1st floor suite in a 100 year old Victorian-style home that has been converted into a duplex. This downstairs apartment features a spacious and open kitchen area, as well as a king bedroom suite, 55” smart TV, and Murphy beds.
Good to know
With direct access to the backyard you are able to fully enjoy the enclosed yard, The front & back porches have swings/patio furniture. You will enter the home by going up the front porch stairs and entering through the front door and through the door at the end of the hallway. The private apartment entrance will have a keypad for you to enter your custom code. This home includes: -Two King Bedrooms -1 bathroom with a walk in shower -Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook -Washer/dryer
