Welcome to The Edge! This industrial-style 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Conveniently located just a short 5-minute drive from downtown Champaign and the University of Illinois, it's the ideal spot for your Champaign visit. Situated on the 1st floor of a beautifully renovated 100-year-old Victorian-style home. Access is easy with a private keypad entrance. Inside, you'll discover two king bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook. A washer/dryer is provided for your convenience, with environmentally friendly detergent available. Please note that the upper apartment is separately rented and off-limits to The Edge guests. The back and side yard, along with the front porch, are shared spaces for all guests, so kindly clean up after your pets if you have them. Additionally, please avoid entering the basement, backyard shed, or garage, as these areas are accessed from outside the house. To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, and each suite is private, so be considerate of other guests in the house. Good to know
With direct access to the backyard, you are able to fully enjoy the enclosed yard. The front & back porches have swings/patio furniture. You will enter the home by going up the front porch stairs and entering through the front door and through the door at the end of the hallway. The private apartment entrance will have a keypad for you to enter your custom code. Other Details to Note
Quiet hours at 9pm-8am in order to allow guests in both the main floor & loft suite and to enjoy their stay. Each suite is private. Please respect the other guests in the house.
