This 100 year old home was converted into a duplex rented separately as two individual private suites or one home. Downstairs features a King bedroom, office space, breakfast nook, smart TV, and 2nd bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs features triple bunk beds, king bedroom suite, clawfoot bath tub, & smart TV.
Good to know
You will enter the home by going up the front porch stairs and entering through the front door. The private entrance will have a keypad for you to enter your custom code. This home includes: -Four King Bedrooms -2 full bathrooms (one walk in shower and the second with a clawfoot bathtub and shower head attachment -Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook -2 washer/dryer units one located on each floor -Downstairs living room & smart TV -Separate upstairs loft living room with 2nd smart TV Fully enclosed yard & front/back porches have patio furniture.
Other Details to Note
Quiet hours at 9pm-9am in order to allow guests in both the main floor & loft suite and to enjoy their stay. Each suite is private. Please respect the other guests in the house.
