Welcome to The Hideaway, a uniquely styled 1 bedroom apartment in downtown Champaign. Situated above the Hounds Rest, this cozy third-floor apartment features a unique lay out, cozy vibes, and is just blocks from the bus/train station, parking garage, and on a bus line, making it easy to explore Champaign's vibrant downtown scene, filled with bars, cafes, restaurants, and the nearby U of I.

This suite features a 1 Bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and cozy living room totaling approximately 300 sq. ft. The space utilizes a water boiler for heat in winter months, which operates safely and efficiently in the basement of the complex. Your safety is our top priority, and we've taken all necessary precautions to ensure a secure and enjoyable stay for you.

Other Details to Note

PARKING: Overnight parking is available nearby in the Hill Street Parking Deck. (123 W. Hill Street) There is no onsite parking due to the suites being in Downtown Champaign. RATES: $0.75 per hour from 3 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday ($9.75 daytime maximum) No Charge all other times including ALL DAY on Saturdays, Sundays, and City Holidays. No Time Limits! Stay as long as you want and pay upon exit. Credit and debit accepted 24/7 at the Exit gates.

Situated on the 3rd floor within a complex of four apartments, each unit has its own private entrance. While all five suites share a main security door entrance, guests will have exclusive access to their apartment via custom guest codes assigned to their reservation, ensuring both security and privacy during their stay.

This is my third stay in one of Rin’s spaces. The location is very walkable and cozy. We had a question about hot water and got a response right away. I’ll be staying here again!

Rin was very responsive and great to offer local spots to grab breakfast. When we asked a question, she responded quickly. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the pictures are accurate - very comfortable!

Rin’s Hideway is a gem. Much better than just having a hotel room. Full kitchen, cozy living area, very comfy bed. Walked to three great restaurants. Clean, well furnished, everything you need. A real bargain for great amenities, location, and awesome host!

As usual, business trips are such a breeze in Champaign thanks to Rin. Stayed in the Hideaway in Champaign and it was great. Kitchen is stocked up with the appliances needed to make a nice meal and overall just a cozy place whether you’re staying in the area for a few days or a few weeks. Looking forward to my next stay at one of Rin’s amazing properties!
