Welcome to The Springfield. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath ranch-style home exudes farmhouse charm. With two queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room, it's perfect for up to 4 guests. Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Champaign and the University of Illinois, it's an ideal Champaign destination. Access is easy via the August Smart Lock keypad. I'm available via the text or phone for any assistance you may need during your stay. Enjoy your visit!

We enjoyed our weekend at Rin's home. The location is great- close to downtown Champaign and UIUC campus. The surrounding area seems safe. Her home was accurately described and clean. Communication was also great!
